TRAVEL FEES: For areas outside of the Gold Coast, we travel upto 30 minutes after this upto 1hour is $60 additional

OPTIONAL MARQUEE: If you are unable to provide suitable shelter, we can arrange the hire of a marquee and weights for an extra $50

EXTENDED TIME: If your event exceeds the time booked, and we are available to stay, the extra time will be charged in15 minute increments and must be paid on event day

SURCHARGES: 20% for Public Holidays and DOUBLE RATES for Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Eve / Day.

Yes! Our glitter tattoos are waterproof and are a perfect alternative to face painting, especially for summer pool parties on the Gold Coast! . Glitter tattoos will last 3-7days unless removed beforehand.

CHILDREN UNDER 3: Due to a higher skin sensitivity, under 3’s will be restricted to small arm and cheek designs.

RESTRICTIONS: Painting may be restricted for a person who is unable to sit still or has styes, recent chicken pox, heavy cold, very hairy areas, eczema & dermatitis or recent bruising.

EXCLUSIONS Sorry, but we are unable to paint a person with the following conditions; cold sores, conjunctivitis, impetigo, influenza, chicken pox, severe acne, open cuts & sores, sunburn & flaking skin, known allergies to make-up or any other contagious conditions that could put their or another guest’s health at risk.

CHILD SUPERVISION: DEER ME! will not be responsible for supervising children. Their behaviour and safety is the Clients and/or Parents responsibility.

Your Face Painter will paint approximately 10-12 lovely face paint designs in 1 hour, OR please advise us if you would like the quick face paint designs. The quick face paint list includes about 10x simple designs, which we speed through 20x children in 1 hour.

We entertain for multiple parties/events everyday, so unfortunately we can not usually stay any longer than the time you have booked. You can however check with your entertainer on the day, as she may have extra time available.

All booking require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, due 14 days before date of event to secure your designated date and time.

All balances are due upon arrival at the event (if not before) and may be paid by cash, cheque or direct deposit if available on your mobile device.

Extended time fees must be paid in full at the end of the event.

Yes, we can attend your party for any length of time, however our minimum booking fee is $160 which allows for up to 1 1/2 hours of painting.

Unless otherwise requested, we attend all events in a bright colourful costume, We do have other options available.

ARRIVAL & BREAKDOWN: Louise Cooper Face Paint! requires only 15 mins to properly setup and we will arrive up to half an hour before your scheduled start time at no extra cost to you. We will also only begin breakdown after the end time to which you have designated.

SUPPLIES: We provide everything needed to work, including table, chairs, water and bin.

AREA & SHELTER: A small space of 1.5m x 1.5m is required for the Louise Cooper Face Paint! station, plus room for your guests to wait comfortably. If this is an outdoor event, please provide adequate protection from the elements (sun, rain, wind) for both your Louise Cooper Face Paint! artist and guests waiting to be painted. This could be a verandah or weighted marquee... but unfortunately a tree is not adequate shelter. If you are unable to provide shelter, please advise as soon as possible so we can arrange a marquee & weights at an extra cost.

LOCATION: Please place the Louise Cooper Face Paint! station away from live music or loud speakers and in a well lit area. This will help us to better hear and see what your guests would like and keep the line moving quickly.

Yes Louise Cooper Face Paint has another face painter which can be brought in for your event. Louise & Sophie love the opportunity to paint together. Two artists are definitely recommended for large functions, events that run for multiple days or occasions where you would prefer to have more people painted in a shorter amount of time.
